I love this blanket! It is very versatile. It is lightweight in the sense that it is breathable, but it’s actually a very heavy and warm blanket. It washes up well and it’s great for really all temperatures. It’s kept us warm on cold camping night and also works by itself on a warmer day. It’s so soft.

This is a very comfortable blanket. So far, I am really happy with it. It has a sort of weight while still being thin making it quite comfortable in all weathers. The fabric is soft without being plushy and the waffle texture is actually really nice. The only thing about this that it does snag easily. Though I did find that if you just trim those off no issue (so far).

This blanket is simply amazing.

I am unsure if it's all in my head, but I feel like the last 5 nights of using this blanket has improved my quality of sleep by a factor of 10. I used to wake up in the mornings hot, somewhat sweaty, and dragging myself out of bed when my alarm goes off. However, these past few nights I have woken up well before my alarm clock feeling more rested than I think I ever have.

I loved this blanket so much, that I bought two more for my wife and daughter. They seem to be having a similar experience with it, so I think it does seem to be effective. They both sleep with comforters over the top of it and seem to be okay, but I sleep with just the blanket. I wake up cool but not cold, which I have never experienced before in my life. It is an interesting feeling, but I am loving it.

A note on washing: Before I bought this blanket, I saw some reviews saying how it frayed in the wash or something, and how it stunk. Well it says on the package that it needs to be washed on first use and even includes a little laundry bag to clean it. Here is the process I used to clean all of our blankets and had no problems whatsoever.

1.) Put the blanket in the laundry bag and close the drawstring.
2.) Put your washer on a gentle cycle on cold, then add whatever detergent you prefer.
3.) Put the bag in the washer up against the side.
4.) Let the washer do it's thing until it's finished.
5.) In my experience, the bag and blanket were still sopping wet and even caused my washer to rock a little bit. If this happens to you, I recommend stopping the washer, pulling the blanket out of the bag and wrap it around on the outside of the drum. Toss the bag on the other side too.
6.) Then run your rinse/spin cycle if still soapy, or just a drain/spin cycle if only sopping wet.
7.) After it's spun out, I put it in the dryer for two 60 minute cycles on low heat. I tried to tumble dry like recommended, but it never got dry enough.

As I said, I ran through this process for all three blankets and they came out just fine.

Hope this helps, and I highly recommend!
